EST. 1962 — BRNO WORKSHOP, RELOCATED ZÜRICH 1988
Vaults built to outlast the reasons you needed one.
Every Trezor unit is hand-welded from a single steel billet, fitted with a triple-redundant locking mechanism, and tested to EN 1143-1 before it leaves the workshop. No two are identical.
The current range
Five chassis sizes, each rated for fire and forced entry, finished in brushed steel or matte vault-green enamel. Interiors configured to order — document trays, felt-lined jewelry drawers, or firearm racks.
One steel billet, one welder, no seams
Most manufacturers bolt panels together. We don't. Each Trezor body starts as a single sheet of hardened boron steel, cut and folded on-site, then welded into a seamless shell by the same person who'll sign the certificate inside the door.
The lock is built after the body, never before — fitted to that specific vault, calibrated to a tolerance most safe crackers have never had to work around.
Burglary resistance
Independently tested against drilling, prying, and thermal attack by VdS Schadenverhütung.
Fire endurance
Interior temperature held under 177°C for the full rated duration in live furnace testing.
Manufacturing QA
Every unit tracked from billet to delivery with a signed provenance record.

A specification call runs about thirty minutes — placement, weight-bearing checks for the floor, and interior configuration.
